Had a first appointment today and I am very impressed. I have severely overcrowded teeth that need whitening. I mentioned that I didn’t want a brace but just wanted a better smile. There was absolutely no pressure from Sorabh and he listened to my requests and tailor made a solution using bonding.I was given a price straight away and an appointment for later in the day to return for the 3d imaging. I will do the whitening and see what can be done with the unruly gnashers and decide if I then want to go ahead.Excellent service and he really listened and took on board what I requested.No hard sale. All the staff at reception and the dental nurses were friendly and non judgemental, making it a very nice experience. I’m looking forward to the results!

Front of House was welcoming & professional from the first call to my check up. Priya gave me a comprehensive breakdown on my teeth and gave clear suggestions on how to improve my dental hygiene. I was given a prescription and referred to a specialist, which was appreciated even more as it on her last day! Amazing. Best dental experience (which has usually been associated with pain)

I don't often leave reviews but I was so pleased with my experience here. Dr Meriam was by far the best dentist I've seen in this country, professional yet considerate and explained everything very clearly. I'm not a huge fan of going to the dentist so I really appreciated her caring and calm demeanor. The procedure went smoothly and I had minimal pain afterwards. I've also seen the hygenist here and she was also very good. I'm definitely staying with this practice.

Smile Impressions Lee are such a lovely team!I had so many issues when I came and was confused as to what to do and how much it could cost me. Ankit, the dentist, is very kind and knowledgeable, and answered all my million+ questions dissolving any doubt I had by giving me useful information to weigh-out my options. He gave me the much-needed detailed advice for future dental health that others before him never bothered. His duty of care is always present!Renata is that kind of assistant anyone would love to have. Starting with the politeness, consideration, kindness and her sense of humour. They have both been taking very good care of me from the very beginning and throughout the process with a great personable approach.Valentyna at the reception was amazing yesterday! She picked up on my appointment at the hygienist the next day and saw there was a space on the same day so she asked if I wanted to take it. She saved me precious time by doing this making her customer service skills are top notch!My hygienist Namrata was lovely and caring as they come and made me feel relaxed and gave me some top tips on toothbrushes and mouthwash.I couldn't be happier with this clinic!

I have been going to my dentist Vinni for a number of years (she's great!) and have been at this practice since I was young, even before it was owned by Smile Impressions.As someone who use to hate the dentist as a child, the service you get here is always brilliant. Wonderful experience for a routine session with the Dental Hygienist. It's been a while since I've had a clean and have some bad experiences with some hygienist being very rough, but I was thoroughly pleased to be in the gentle but effective hands of Miss Nerys Asala-Adjaho! Would highly recommend booking in with her - she is effective and efficient and she constantly checked if I was okay during my clean and polish. A+++!! The facilities at Smile Impressions we're also great, super clean especially during COVID. Will be back in 3 months!

I visited Dr Ankit Patel at Smile Impressions Lee for ongoing issues with my sensitive teeth. I was extremely nervous and worried as I don’t visit the dentist often, but Dr Patel ensured I was comfortable throughout and explained the treatment in detail which put me at ease. During all of my visits in regards to my dental problems, I have experienced a very high level of care and attention. The dentist Maryam B and dental nurse Sarah D were very professional and caring . I saw Dr Meriam Khawam for replacement of missing filling of one of my molars. Her administration of the local anaesthetic and the rest of the work was outstanding. She did not forget to examine and give me advice on my gum health which so many dentists overlook. Overall my experience was very positive.

Both my dad and I had a very positive experience with the Smile impressions team. My dad had complications following a tooth extraction and was seen within the hour of calling in the morning - the dentist and team where so quick and professional and caring we were very happy and comforted with this experience. On the same day I had my own appointment and i was treated with the very same level of care and attention combined with a thorough and informative check up. I am happy to have signed up to them.

It was my first time to use this dentist. As i entered the building my first impression was how clean and tidy the premises was, the receptionist was very helpful, she explained that i should go up stairs to the waiting room. On my arrival i was seen to by a dental assistant who went though the filling in of a medical questionnaire on a tablet. i was then asked to proceed into the dentist surgery there i was met and introduced to the dentist whom i found very helpful in answering my questions. i also found her very experienced, she fully explained all about the procedure and once she had carefully completed her work on me, she then went over the procedure once again. She also explained what procedure and work would be carried out on my next appointments. the dentist then took me back to the receptionist on which i was able to book my next appointments to suit my free time.I've highly recommend the practice to my partner, as she is looking for a new dentist practice.

If I could give this dental team 100 stars, I would! They are unbelievable, so welcoming, kind, patient, knowledgeable and professional.I was in agony with an infected tooth for 8 days, my previous dentist had not only made it worse, but also he had not diagnosed what was wrong. I had rung other dentists in South London but they wouldn’t take me...I was at the end of my tether... the receptionist at Smile Impressions was so kind and reassuring, and managed to squeeze me in on a busy Saturday morning.The dentist at Smile Impressions, Clodagh Scanlan, was amazing. She instantly instilled confidence into me... she explained everything as she went along. She was kind and gentle. I felt no pain whatsoever and she solved my problem. I cannot thank her enough. She also gave me additional advice and information about all my teeth. She is a young dentist who is at the top of her game.The practice is located in a beautiful Victorian house, it is spotlessly clean and there is a warm and welcoming ambiance about the place. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff at this dentists. I would heartily recommend Smile Impressions to everyone. What a find.

Recently moved into the area and found a gem of a dentist nearby. The service and staff were very friendly and professional - I’ve had to have 2 fillings done, even though I was shaking in the seat due to my fear of needles she was very patient. A few years ago I had horrific teeth. I was terrified of the dentist and hadn’t been in years. I went to several in the area but never felt comfortable. Smile Impressions were so friendly, welcoming and calming. They fixed my teeth and continue to look after me with a level of service I can’t fault. I was a very anxious dental patient in the past to the point it was on my records to always be nice to me but Smile Impressions in Blackheath and Asad in particular has been really good at helping me to get over my dental fear. The welcome as I come in threw the door is lovely and ime always asked how ime feeling. Teresa was very good when I was having some long appointments with my veneer work being done and explained what would happen. I did have some problems with my veneer work but didn’t have any problems when I said I wasnt happy with the work. They literally had the guy who was making them come up and see me from Kent so they knew I would b happy with the final outcome. I could not have asked for any more than they did. I now have a smile that ime much more confident in. I would recommend Smile impressions to anyone looking for a new surgery.

This dentist not only make you feel comfortable, they always do their best to on time (Not had more than 5 minute wait). Excellent reception staff, Excellent dentist. My irrational fear of dentists ended here.
